Underrated Artists

    Our featured artist right now is David Cassidy and we know that he is definitely an underrated artist.  In the music industry today and even in the past, we have so many artists that could easily say that they were/are underrated. Bands or individual artists that have been overlooked, under-minded, pushed around, and some just out right cheated. I know that not all artists have these sort of problems but for the not so lucky, it can be devastating. David Cassidy so many times made the comment; "he really was not given the artistic freedom he wanted to have on his own albums."  He also was labeled that he could only sing this or that type of music and people would not see him as a serious artist.  What a shame that there are so many artists that fall under the "I wonder what ever happened to them" category.   I feel very honored to be able to bring to light some of the artists that made it but not like they could have.  I want to hear from you...in the comments below I want to give you, the reader; a chance to voice who you think is an underrated artist.  It does not have to be a current artist, tell me who you would like to bring to light.
